Amidst falling markets Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC finished Tuesday’s trading session down 4.73%, a $0.27 decrease to close on $5.44. As well as the drop in value, Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC hit a new 52 week low of $5.42.

RBS was outperformed by the rest of the Financials sector which went down only 4.40%.
