Amidst falling markets Morgan Stanley fell $2.29 Tuesday which equals a 5.04% decline, closing at $43.12. As well as the drop in value, Morgan Stanley hit a new 52 week low of $42.32, breaking the previous low of $42.54 from earlier this July.

MS was outperformed by the rest of the Financials sector which went down just 4.40%.
