Amidst falling markets Bank Ozk fell $2.65 Tuesday which equals a 9.88% drop, closing at $24.18. As well as the drop in value, Bank Ozk hit a new 52 week low of $24.07, breaking the previous low of $24.15 from earlier this July.
OZK was outperformed by the rest of the Financials sector which went down only 4.40%.

As of December 31, 2017, it operated through 253 offices in Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, Alabama, South Carolina, California, New York, and Mississippi. The company was formerly known as Bank of the Ozarks and changed its name to Bank OZK in July 2018. Bank OZK was founded in 1981 and is headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas.
